The staff, especially Patrick, was exceptional and very friendly. The night staff provided wonderful service and helpful advice for getting around KL. The hot water was awesome and the Wifi was reliable. The secure entry via card key was a great feature. The location was convenient, with restaurants, banks, and shops nearby. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong. The newly made road in front of the hotel made everything clean and bright. There were convenient amenities like a Seven-Eleven and a Tea Live shop nearby. Jaihind restaurant was a favorite for Indian food.

Nothing to dislike.

I had a great stay at Zen Rooms Grand Orchard. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I particularly liked the window that allowed natural light to come in. The staff were friendly and always made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel's strategic location near Jalan TAR made it convenient for shopping and exploring the area. I would highly recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant stay in Kuala Lumpur.

It was so convenient being within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. the water pressure in the bathroom was fantastic, which is something that always makes a difference for me personally. Lastly, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Although I loved the location and the friendly staff, there were a few downsides. the pillows were not very comfortable and the pillow covers were a bit dirty.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for us and everything was clean and bright. Our room was generously sized and had great amenities like air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. We received helpful tips for exploring the city and sightseeing. Additionally, there were plenty of dining options nearby, including a Jaihind restaurant which was a favorite of ours.
